Blues Jumped The Rabbit

A mirror

A mirror reflects myself and someone behind me

I’m not allowed to look back. only if I had a mirror in my hand I could’ve seen it (and myself) without looking back

Karen wishes she was a shining headlight

but I wish I had a mirror

in my hand, without knowing it’s gone already more than 1000 miles away from me.

When the blues jump up a rabbit,
Rabbit he’ll run a mile,
Poor little rabbit,
Cries like a new born child

Wish I was a headlight,
On some western train,
I’d shine my light on,
Cool Colorado rain

Wish I was in cool Colorado,
On some mountain so high,
I’d see my darling
As he went riding by.
As he went riding

Some like white or yellow,
Some crave black or brown
The man I’m craving
Won’t ever turn me down
Won’t never turn me

When the blues jump up a rabbit,
Rabbit he’ll run a mile,
Poor little rabbit crying
Crying
